Who we are

Infra-Struct Development is a woman-owned construction company based in Cleveland, Ohio. We remodel existing homes, build new ones from the ground up, and take on street and infrastructure work — sidewalks, curbs, drainage, and site preparation.

We are a growing firm putting our team together deliberately, one careful hire at a time, so that every person who steps onto your property is someone we would put on our own street. We keep scope, price, and schedule on paper, answer the phone, and stay on the job until it is finished.

Scope of work

A typical project moves through four stages. This is a general outline — the final scope for your job is written out and agreed before any work begins.

    Planning and site review

    We walk the property with you, look at what is there now, and write down what the job actually needs before anyone quotes a number.

  2. 02

    Permits and preparation

    Drawings, the paperwork the city wants, and site protection. Materials ordered, access agreed, and the work area made ready and safe.

  3. 03

    Construction

    The build itself, in the order it has to happen. You get one point of contact, a schedule, and a call before anything changes.

  4. 04

    Finishing and walkthrough

    Punch list, clean-up, and a final walkthrough with you. We do not call a job finished until you have looked at it yourself.

The exact scope for your project is confirmed with you in writing before the job starts, and any change to it is agreed with you first.

Timeline

No dates are promised here until the scope is set and materials are ordered. When we agree the scope, we agree a start date and a schedule in the same conversation.

The figure below covers the scope in section 02 and nothing else. Our prices are written out for the project, not taken off a table.
